Catalyst Bootcamp Classes offer dynamic circuit and interval training, incorporating strength-based athletic movements, plyometrics, and calisthenics.



The diverse training styles we use during these classes are great for weight loss, muscle gain, and body toning, making each session highly effective and efficient.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing will be an all-inclusive class, teaching students the fundamentals of kickboxing training. It is structured by combining boxing strikes along with kicks/knees and body movements to form a combination, also known as a combo.

These are full body workouts, with emphasis on the shoulders, core, lower abdominals, glutes and legs.

These Semi-Private Classes are one of our newer services at the gym and we are loving it! Receive customized training programs specific to each individual centered around your goals and ability level. Get the personal training experience in a small group setting with workout tailored specifically to you!

These small group sessions allow both you and your trainer to track, measure, and monitor your progress with real time data entry. Build more muscle, lose more weight, and develop the habits you've been wanting and get results fast!

What does a typical bootcamp class look like?

Each bootcamp class is different. Each of our trainers has their own way of coaching, however, the workout will always leave you wanting more. Circuit work, HIIT, and weight training provide you with an amazing full body workout.

What is the difference between semi-private personal training and bootcamp classes?

The small group, semi-private personal training is a maximum of 6 people per class, whereas bootcamp is a maximum of 24 people. Bootcamp is a more fast paced workout, where semi-private is more customized training.

How long is each bootcamp class?

Each bootcamp class is 45 minutes long. The class starts with a warmup, followed by the workout, ending with a cooldown.

What if I am a beginner and haven’t taken a class before?

Each one of our coaches is informed of new members in the class before hand, so you will never feel out of place when you’re at Catalyst. Bootcamp is great for ages 13 and up and all fitness levels. Modifications will always be provided as well if needed. Be sure to contact us for a consultation call to get more information.

Will I see results by attending only bootcamp classes?

Bootcamp is a great class to take if you’re looking to excel your fitness, tone up, and lose weight. Catalyst recommends 2-3 classes per week for optimal progression.

If I’m injured should I take a bootcamp class?

Catalyst will always work with individuals with injuries providing them with modifications.
