Over the course of the year, you'll work with our expert trainers to follow a structured plan that includes six different workout with different styles and focuses. Every two weeks, we update the programming to keep you engaged and progressing. We use the Catalyst Workout Journals to track and measure all your progress, set clear goals, and help you hit them. With a 5:1 client-to-trainer ratio, you’ll receive the guidance and accountability needed to stay on track and achieve lasting results. Our supportive community and goal-oriented approach will keep you motivated and committed throughout your fitness journey. Whether you're a beginner or looking to advance your strength training, semi-private training at Catalyst Fitness is designed to help you build strength, increase muscle, and achieve your best body.
Each bootcamp class is different. Each of our trainers has their own way of coaching, however, the workout will always leave you wanting more. Circuit work, HIIT, and weight training provide you with an amazing full body workout.
The small group, semi-private personal training is a maximum of 6 people per class, whereas bootcamp is a maximum of 24 people. Bootcamp is a more fast paced workout, where semi-private is more customized training.
Each bootcamp class is 45-50 minutes long and semi-private classes are 50-60 minutes long.
Each one of our coaches is informed of new members in the class before hand, so you will never feel out of place when you’re at Catalyst. Bootcamp is great for ages 13 and up and all fitness levels. Modifications will always be provided as well if needed. Be sure to contact us for a consultation call to get more information.
We recommend clients workout at least 3 days per week. Progress is usually noticed by clients within a couple weeks, and muscular results or significant weight loss starts to become visible around 4-6 weeks. It is important to note that everyone is different though and nutrition is a huge determining factor on speed of progress.
Catalyst will always work with individuals with injuries providing them with modifications.
