Getting started

step 1

We start with a free 30 minute goal setting consultation with the gym owner. This is our foundation for us to learn more about you and we can help you win.

step 2

Upon registration your on-boarding nutrition and program consultation will be scheduled, scheduling class times, expectations, etc. (typically on Saturdays)

Your transformation journey begins at the start of the week and our community and amazing training staff welcomes you with open arms.

How much does the 12-Week Program cost?

The price depends on what services and packages you would want to include to help you get to your fitness goals. Some people require and want more personal training where others just want classes.

Does the program have to be 12 weeks long?

The program averages 12 weeks, but can be longer depending on your fitness goals.

What if I want to stop before the 6 weeks?

Of course it is your choice, however, we ask to sign up for the program if you are dedicated to transforming your health/fitness for as least three months. This will help promote consistent and long-term results and training with your coach.

What does the program consist of?

The 6-Week Program consists of an initial consultation with one of our personal trainers. From there, you will have weekly weigh-ins, three workouts per week, daily and weekly accountability check in's with your coach, and nutrition coaching throughout the program.

How many times a week will I be working out during the program?

Catalyst advises at least 3 sessions with your coach during the week.

Will my progress be kept throughout the entirety of the program?

Your progress will be kept by your coach throughout the program. Each person will receive a program binder as well to track one’s progress.
